The log shows: decision, context, owner, date decided, decision deadline, and outcome status (pending, executed, deferred, reversed). Nora sends the owner a reminder 2 days before the deadline, checks the outcome status, and escalates incomplete decisions to the manager. This creates a searchable audit trail and ensures decisions don't slip. Decisions leave the conversation with an owner and a date, so nobody relitigates them a month later.
