Nora monitors GitHub commits and PRs, extracts Jira issue numbers, and automatically links them to the corresponding Jira ticket with PR status updates.
When a developer pushes a commit with "fix: ABC-123" or creates a PR that mentions a Jira issue, Nora detects the issue key, creates a bidirectional link (Jira ticket now shows PR link), and updates the ticket status. When the PR is opened, Jira marks it "in review"; when merged, Jira marks it "ready to test" or "done" depending on your workflow. The Jira ticket always shows the live PR status (draft, open, merged) without anyone manually updating it. This eliminates stale status and gives QA teams full visibility into which code is shipping. Every pull request is linked to its ticket, so the board reflects what engineering actually shipped.
